This was our second stay here, and we loved it just as much as the first time! The location is absolutely perfect peaceful, beautiful, and with the most amazing view. One of our favorite parts was seeing dolphins swimming right in the water. It never gets old! The kids had such a great time fishing and being outside. There was always something fun to do, and the setting made it so relaxing for everyone. The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was just as wonderful as we remembered, and we truly felt right at home. We most definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back again! 🌊🐬🎣

The guesthouse is exactly as advertised. The guesthouse is spacious and nicely decorated. Views from the guesthouse, deck, and dock are incredible. The grounds are impeccable. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but the pool area is beautiful. If you like to fish, the dock is a great place to catch fish. I caught two Atlantic shortnose sharks, several black bass, speckled sea trout, and several other varieties of fish. Dolphins swim by multiple times a day. Sometimes they are so close to the dock that you can almost reach out and touch them. The pelicans hang out and fish there all day. An added bonus if you like military aircraft is that occasionally an F-16, F-22, F-35, and others, will fly by close enough to wave at the pilots. The guesthouse location is close to everything but yet in a very quiet neighborhood. My wife and I really enjoyed our nine-day stay and we will definitely be back!

we had a wonderful stay! Chris and Crystal are wonderful hosts! A home away from home! Their place is so nice: we preferred to stay and enjoy the backyard than go anywhere else in the aerea! Truly magical place!

My family and I loved the guest house ! It was a lovely experience! The instructions and rules were clear and straightforward! There’s even a video linked if you don’t like to read. Chris was very responsive and addressed every question we had! The view and spa were great. It was super clean and comfortable. We will be back as we had an excellent experience. The only thing I’d suggest adding is a washer and dryer other than that we had a 10/10 experience.

My stay here was amazing! Beautiful house with absolutely stunning views. You’ll have everything you’ll need. Very clean. It was absolutely more than what I expected. I came here to celebrate my birthday with my close family and we even got to see dolphins! Crystal is such an incredible warm, approachable person and she was very helpful during and after my stay. She makes everyone feel welcome. I will absolutely book again soon :)

We had an awesome stay at the guest house. The view was beautiful, the little beach is clean and nice, the dock was super fun to fish off of, and the hot tub was perfect for a winter beach stay. It is conveniently located to everything you need and in a cute neighborhood. The house itself is clean and comfortable and the water pressure is amazing. Would definitely book this rental again.

I would 100% stay here again!! I had a wonderful weekend at this location and I am recommending this to everyone I know. The only thing I wasn’t a big big fan of was the lock, it was extremely hard to get it to lock/kinda hurt my hands a couple times to get in there. But I definitely would stay here again!

Can't say enough good things about our stay here! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, and exactly as described! Crystal and her daughter were absolutely wonderful! Very responsive, kind, and Crystal's daughter even offered to spend time with my pup while out, due to him being a little anxiety ridden when we were out and about due to being in an unfamiliar spot. The location is stunning, and the pool is incredible! Everything as described. Chris even stopped by to swim with his daughter, and was so humble, that my mom and I didn't even know he was the owner until we spoke with Crystal's daughter! All around such a good experience. Already looking forward to booking again! :)

Great stay! Will be back in future! Crystal was amazing and attentive! Thank yall for letting us to stay in your place . The pool and & private beach were everything ! Clean! Just if you have kids for the loft I wouldn’t recommend but they have other rooms near by. :)
