This open loft offers an unbeatable beachfront view, a large deck for morning coffee, and space for four guests. Enjoy a private beach, two-story dock, and countless local amenities with the comfort of coming home to your cozy loft. A 55” Smart TV, sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a large open dressing area complete the living space, while a comfortable queen awaits on the loft's second story. A coffee station & mini-fridge are included in the room and a gas grill close to the water.

This spacious loft has room for up to four guests comfortably and offers the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The living area includes: ✔ A queen sleeper sofa. ✔ A 55-inch television. ✔ A mini-fridge and coffee station. ✔ A private bathroom with a stand-up shower. ✔ A large open dressing area ✔ Plenty of closet space. Upstairs awaits a super comfortable queen bed with a view. You’ll have a private entry by an outdoor staircase, and you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the brand new large deck as you watch the dolphins and catch the killer sunrises and sunsets over the Bay. The Lighthouse Loft is set up to accommodate four guests (two on the sleeper sofa and two on the queen bed upstairs). This loft is a private space located on the upper West side of the Manor on the Bay. Manor on the Bay is a large home transformed into multiple rental units and is available to be rented as one entire house. You will have the loft all to yourself, but the property amenities (private beach, dock, etc.) are shared with other guests. Noise complaints and events will be charged a $500 disturbance fee. Booking with us means you agree to this.** ✔ Boat slips are NOT included in your reservation amount ✔ Trailer parking is NOT included in your reservation amount ✔ Pet hosting is NOT included in your reservation amount ✔ You MUST contact the host for pricing and availability of boat slips and trailer parking This neighborhood is a quiet place. While we encourage you to relax and unwind, be mindful that sound carries further while out on the water. My neighbors Bill, Mary, Joe, Lisa, and Dave appreciate your consideration. Feel free to say hi to them as well. :) This is a fantastic place to bring your boat. Because we are excited to host you, we offer on-property discounts for boat slips and trailer parking that are deeply discounted. Contact us quickly to reserve your spot. The docks and parking are listed on other sites and often book up weeks in advance. Checkout Instructions for when the time comes. Please do not book with us if you cannot agree to these instructions: "You can leave any used towels on the floor in a pile and please strip the beds of the sheets and pillowcases (leave the comforters and mattress liner on the bed). You can leave them on the beds. Please wash your dishes and do not load them in the dishwasher for your departure unless you have a full load. If you have a full load, start the dishwasher. Remove trash from all bins and take it outside to the dumpster. Deflate and put away all air mattresses. Failure to follow these instructions may result in additional cleaning fees." Manor on the Bay is a place to be shared. Your guests must be indicated on your reservation. These are the ONLY guests allowed to stay the night. Inviting other people to the property, not on the reservation, is a crime of "Solicitation of Trespass." We want you to enjoy this special place with your friends and family, but your invited people, not on the guest reservation, must be approved by us. We are happy to host one dog less than 50 lbs. when booking THE ENTIRE first floor, and/or the ENTIRE second floor or the guest house. Single bedroom bookings are not allowed to have pets. Hosting your dog carries an extra $100 deep clean charge that covers up to four nights, then a $25 charge is assessed for each additional day. DOGS are *not allowed on any furniture*, and they are required to be on a leash when outside of your suite. WASTE MUST BE PICKED UP after each time. $180 (amount set by the cleaning company) is charged if you fail to clean up after your pet. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH US if you are not a responsible pet owner. ***WATCH ALL CHILDREN AROUND BODIES OF WATER.*** There is not a fence along the waterfront. Please do your best to remove sand from your shoes/feet before entering your room. This cuts down on the sand that is brought in.

This peaceful neighborhood is welcoming and comfortable. You have a PRIVATE beach, shared by other guests, just outside your bedroom. Public beach access (Garnier Beach Park) is a 4-minute walk or a 30-second drive away! Same for the boat launch. We also have wet and dry boat storage available. Contact us for rates. We love how quiet the street is. This is the best place to get away from all the traffic and hustle and simply enjoy the area! Gulf Beach access is a 7 to 12-minute drive away depending on traffic and which beach you go to. We have an electronic guest book for your convenience. History: Fort Walton Beach’s Native American history dates back 14,000 years. The earliest permanent settlers began arriving not long after Florida became a territory in 1821. During the Civil War, the Walton Guards established an encampment in the area, named Camp Walton after Colonel George Walton, the acting governor of Florida. The area’s population rapidly grew in the decades that followed the war and the charming, small-town was officially founded in 1937, shortly after Eglin Air Force Base, the largest Air Force base in the world, became operational in 1935.

I would 100% stay here again!! I had a wonderful weekend at this location and I am recommending this to everyone I know. The only thing I wasn’t a big big fan of was the lock, it was extremely hard to get it to lock/kinda hurt my hands a couple times to get in there. But I definitely would stay here again!

Great stay! Will be back in future! Crystal was amazing and attentive! Thank yall for letting us to stay in your place . The pool and & private beach were everything ! Clean! Just if you have kids for the loft I wouldn’t recommend but they have other rooms near by. :)

The place was gorgeous, the host was super responsive and instructions were clear and the family was very accommodating when I had questions or needed help or suggestions for things. The ONLY downside was that we were sharing space with other people but there is an easy way to combat that (rent the whole place), and other humans do not negatively reflect this host. Additionally, the shared spaces (pool and spa) and the fact that we may hear other parties through the walls were very clearly communicated in the listing, but the measures taken to keep our private spaces private were also listed and made me feel safe the whole time.
