The loft has a queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom, closet space, microwave, and Keurig, plus a loft with a comfy queen. Two queen air mattresses, with auto inflation, are included.

The Crow's Nest is a newly renovated one-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom, a brand new kitchen, and a laundry room. As you enter into the Crow's Nest through the dedicated outdoor staircase and the sliding glass door, you are greeted with a large, stylish, and comfortable bedroom with a sitting area, closet space, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. With a view of the Bay on your side the whole time, you can make your way out of the bedroom and into the kitchen, where you will find all of the items you need to make yourself at home. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience, and it is located on the same side of the kitchen. As you walk through the kitchen, you're making your way towards the focal point of space - the living area. Day or night, this dynamite panoramic presentation never disappoints. In this room, you can enjoy meals at the dining table as your watch dolphins frolicking in the water, or get cozy on the sleeper sofa as you watch TV on the 50" Smart television that automatically rises out of the custom-built console table. The Crow's Nest is an utterly luxurious, yet simple, space for any stay. In the living area of the Crow’s Nest, there is a staircase that leads downstairs. The stairs are blocked mid-way by a locked security gate. No one from downstairs can come up, nor should you attempt to travel down unless you have booked space downstairs. *The second bedroom* of the Manor's second floor, The Lighthouse Loft, is where simplicity meets comfort with gorgeous waterfront glory. This spacious loft has room for up to four guests comfortably and offers the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The living area includes: ✔ A queen sleeper sofa. ✔ A 55-inch Smart television. ✔ A mini-fridge and Keurig coffee station. ✔ A private bathroom with a stand-up shower. ✔ A large dressing area. ✔ Plenty of closet space. The Lighthouse Loft is set up to accommodate four guests (two on the sleeper sofa and two on the queen bed upstairs). Still, the available floor space makes it totally comfortable to add our included queen-sized air mattress for an additional two guests’ bed. This listing is a booking for the entire second floor which is securely separated from the bottom floor. (See photos.) You will have the complete upper level all to yourself, but the property amenities (private beach, dock, etc.) are shared with other guests on the property. In the living area of the Crow’s Nest, there is a staircase that leads downstairs. The stairs are completely walled off with a locked door and are blocked mid-way by a locked security gate. No one from downstairs can come up, nor should you attempt to travel down unless you have booked space downstairs. This is a fantastic place to bring your boat. Because we are excited to host you, we offer on-property discounts for boat slips and trailer parking that are deeply discounted. Contact us quickly to reserve your spot. The docks and parking are listed on other sites and often book up weeks in advance. This neighborhood is a quiet place. While we encourage you to relax and unwind, be mindful that sound carries further while out on the water. My neighbors Bill, Mary, Joe, Lisa, and Dave appreciate your consideration. Feel free to say hi to them as well. :) WE ARE HAPPY TO HOST *ONE DOG* less than 50 lbs. when booking THE ENTIRE first floor, and/or the ENTIRE second floor or the guest house. Hosting your dog carries an extra $100 deep clean charge that covers up to four nights, then a $25 charge is assessed for each additional day. DOGS are *not allowed on any furniture*, and they are required to be on a leash when outside of your suite. WASTE MUST BE PICKED UP after each time. $180 (amount set by the cleaning company) is charged if you fail to clean up after your pet. Please do not book with us if you cannot agree to these instructions: "You can leave any used towels on the floor in a pile and please strip the beds of the sheets and pillowcases (leave the comforters and mattress liner on the bed). You can leave them on the beds. Please wash your dishes and do not load them in the dishwasher for your departure unless you have a full load. If you have a full load, start the dishwasher. Remove trash from all bins and take it outside to the dumpster. Deflate and put away all air mattresses. Failure to follow these instructions may result in additional cleaning fees." Manor on the Bay is a place to be shared. Your guests must be indicated on your reservation. These are the ONLY guests allowed to stay the night. Inviting other people to the property, not on the reservation, is a crime of "Solicitation of Trespass." We want you to enjoy this special place with your friends and family, but your invited people, not on the guest reservation, must be approved by us. We are happy to host one dog less than 50 lbs. when booking THE ENTIRE first floor, and/or the ENTIRE second floor or the guest house. Single bedroom bookings are not allowed to have pets. Neighborhood

This quiet neighborhood is welcoming and comfortable. You have a PRIVATE beach just outside your bedroom. Public beach access is a 4-minute walk or 30-second drive away! Same for the boat launch. We also have wet and dry boat storage available. Contact us for rates. We love how quiet the street is. This is the best place to get away from all the traffic and hustle and simply enjoy the area! Garnier Beach Park is the local bayou beach that is down the street and is a 4 minute walk or 30-second drive away. Gulf Beach access is a 10 to 15minute drive away depending on traffic and which beach you go to.

Guest Access

You will have access to enjoy the luxury pool and spa, two-story boat dock and are welcome to bring your boat to park in one of our boat slips (wet or dry) for an additional fee. You will have access to the entire PRIVATE second floor. The kitchen, bathrooms, dining area, two balconies overlooking the water, and living space are all private and not shared with anyone. You even have two private entrances via the balconies. Pool heat is extra, spa heat is included. I usually perform maintenance and upgrades to the common areas of the property. You may also see me using or cleaning the pool or spa from time to time.

Beautiful home, we had a bunch of us there for my wedding and rented out the entire property for people to stay at! It was amazing and accommodated everybody so well! We would defiantly stay there again!
